Job Description – Data Entry Operator (Tally)

Industry: Electrical & Engineering Industry
Location: Chandni Chowk, Kolkata
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily data entry and accounting-related work using Tally.
Maintain purchase and sales entries, invoices and billing records.
Update and maintain data in MS Excel.
Maintain proper records of business transactions.
Coordinate with clients regarding orders, invoices and payment-related queries.
Assist with documentation and other back-office activities.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of data entry work.

Required Skills:
Must have good knowledge of Tally.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
Client coordination and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of purchase, sales and billing entries.




Positive data entry speed and accuracy.
Ability to maintain records and documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
