Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
Take and accurately communicate food and beverage orders.
Ensure smooth and efficient service during operations.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and proper table setup.




Support the team in achieving daily operational goals.

Requirements
Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented and well-presented.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Versatile to work rotational shifts.
