We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with a Civil Engineering background, solid testing expertise, and leadership qualities.

Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
Minimum 4+ years of QA experience.
Solid knowledge of manual and automation testing.
Experience in test case design, test execution, bug reporting, functional testing, and regression testing.
Understanding of end-to-end construction workflows, including BOQ, estimation, drawings, and project management.
Robust leadership skills with the ability to guide team members, coordinate testing activities, and take ownership of QA deliverables.
Ability to prepare and present QA reports, testing progress, defect status, and quality metrics directly to management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Note: Only candidates with a Civil Engineering background and 4+ years of QA experience should apply.
