Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi for a Script Writer specializing in e-commerce video ads. The Script Writer will develop compelling, conversion-focused scripts for short-form video ads, product highlights, brand stories, and social media campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming concepts with the creative and marketing teams, writing and refining scripts, adapting messaging for different platforms, and aligning content with brand voice and performance goals. The role involves collaborating with video production teams to ensure scripts translate effectively on screen,



incorporating feedback from stakeholders, and iterating based on performance data and testing. The Script Writer is expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and contribute ideas that improve customer engagement and drive sales.
Qualifications
Strong scriptwriting and scripting skills, with experience crafting concise, persuasive narratives for video ads.
Ability to develop screenplays or structured video concepts that support explicit visual storytelling.
Familiarity with video production processes and collaboration with directors, editors, and designers.
Excellent writing skills, including grammar, clarity, and adaptation of tone for different audiences and platforms.
Previous experience creating scripts or content for e-commerce, D2C brands, or performance marketing campaigns is beneficial.
Comfort working in office in New Delhi, with strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines, and openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
Relevant education in communications, film, media, advertising, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
