The team is now looking for an Associate Creative Director who can take this creative vision further. Someone who thrives on big ideas, has a robust eye for visual storytelling and can lead campaigns from the first brainstorm to final execution. Key Responsibilities
Lead creative development across brand campaigns, experiential activations, event collaterals, pitch decks, spatial environments and digital creatives.
Translate client briefs into strong creative concepts, visual identities and execution-ready design directions.
Collaborate closely with Brand Solutions, Production and design teams to ensure seamless execution.




Lead, mentor and develop the design team while maintaining high creative standards.
Develop and present creative pitches and campaign ideas directly to clients.
Take ownership of creative output from ideation to final delivery.

What We're Looking For
7–10 years of experience in a design studio, advertising agency, creative agency or experiential setup.
Robust portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, visual identities, event collaterals, large-format print, pitch decks and digital creatives.
Experience with brand campaigns, events, activations, festivals or cultural properties is preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Knowledge of motion design, 3D or AI-assisted workflows is an advantage.
Solid creative leadership, communication and presentation skills.
Someone who enjoys being both strategically involved and hands-on with design.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday WFH)
Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Compensation: Up to ₹24 LPA
