We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Courier & Cargo industry.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Shipment tracking and monitoring
Checking delivery status
POD (Proof of Delivery) management and follow-up
Ensuring and monitoring on-time deliveries
Knowledge of reverse pickup processes
Docket generation and shipment booking knowledge
Customer and client coordination
Resolving shipment and delivery-related queries
Robust communication and CRM skills
