Sales Coordination & Support
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Coordinate with sales executives, customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely execution of orders.
Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets through effective coordination and follow-ups.
Schedule meetings, maintain sales calendars, and support customer visits.

Quotation & Proposal Management
Prepare and submit Quotations (QOB/QTN), proposals, and commercial offers as per customer requirements.
Coordinate with technical and estimation teams to obtain pricing and technical details.
Prepare cost comparisons and support pricing discussions.
Ensure quotations are submitted accurately and within committed timelines.

Order Processing & Documentation
Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry into company systems.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts departments for smooth order execution.
Track order status from receipt to delivery and provide regular updates to customers.
Maintain records of contracts, purchase orders,



invoices, and sales-related documents.

Customer Relationship Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Handle customer complaints, concerns, and service requests professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up.

Sales Reporting & Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track sales performance, order status, revenue, and key sales metrics.
Generate MIS reports and management dashboards.
Maintain accurate sales records and databases.

Database & Record Management
Maintain and update customer databases, contact details, inquiry records, and sales pipelines.
Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.
Manage CRM data and ensure information is updated regularly.
