EXST sources selectively and roasts to honor the integrity and character of each coffee, making decisions from farm to cup with the guest’s experience at the center. The company is committed to guiding people just beyond the familiar, turning everyday coffee moments into meaningful, memorable experiences.

The role

We’re looking for someone to build the community around EXST. You’ll be the person who gets people through the door and gives them a reason to stay connected: through collaborations, events, and real relationships with the people who care about coffee, food, and craft in Delhi.

What you’ll do
Plan and run events at the experience center: cuppings, tastings, workshops, pop-ups, and small gatherings
Come up with event ideas that fit the brand and give people something worth showing up for
Find and manage collaborations with brands, cafés, chefs, artists, and creators
Reach out to communities, clubs, offices, and colleges to bring new people in




Build and look after our regulars: know who they are, what they like, and keep them involved
Handle event logistics end to end: timelines, budgets, vendors, invites, and follow-ups
Work with the content side to make sure events and collabs are captured and shared well
Track what works (turnout, repeat guests, sign-ups) and adjust

What we’re looking for
2+ years in community, events, partnerships, or brand roles, ideally in F&B;, lifestyle, or hospitality
A positive network in Delhi’s food, coffee, or creative scene, or the ability to build one quickly
Comfortable reaching out cold and following through
Organised enough to run several events and collabs at once without things slipping
Good taste. You can tell a collab that fits from one that just adds noise
Explicit, warm communication, both in person and in writing

Good to have
An interest in specialty coffee, or a willingness to learn it properly
Experience running events at a café, bar, or retail space
Basic comfort with Instagram, WhatsApp communities, and simple tools like Notion or Google Sheets
