GCC Hiring Experience – Experience working in a Global Capability Centre or captive centre setup.

· End-to-End Recruitment – Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure and onboarding.

· Global Hiring Exposure – Hiring for international markets such as the US, UK, Europe, APAC or Middle East.

· Stakeholder Management – Working closely with global hiring managers, business leaders and international HR teams.

· Volume & Lateral Hiring – Experience handling both bulk hiring and niche/specialised positions.

· Leadership Hiring – Exposure to senior management, leadership and critical-position hiring.

· Talent Mapping – Competitor mapping, market intelligence, talent pooling and headhunting.

· Recruitment Metrics – Managing TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, conversion rates and hiring productivity.

· ATS & Recruitment Tools – Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, Greenhouse, iCIMS or other ATS platforms.

· GCC Setup / Expansion – Experience setting up recruitment processes, building teams or scaling a newly established GCC.
