We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accounts Manager to independently manage our company's accounting operations and lead the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations.
Handle accounting and GST compliance for multiple GSTINs.
Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime.
Oversee stock accounting, inventory reconciliation and stock audits.
Manage accounts receivable, payable and payment follow-ups.
Handle GST returns, TDS, reconciliations and statutory compliance.
Perform bank, vendor and customer ledger reconciliations.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements and monthly closing reports.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
Take complete responsibility for the accounts department,



including team management and work allocation.

Requirements
Solid experience in Tally Prime is mandatory.
Hands-on experience managing multiple GSTINs.
Positive knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting procedures.
Experience in inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
Ability to independently manage and lead an accounts team.
Valuable analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Experience: 5+ years in accounting, including team-handling experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
