Role Overview

CRISIL is looking for a CA Industrial Trainee to support the Corporate FP&A; team in financial planning, business analytics, management reporting, dashboarding, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Prepare and analyze monthly MIS, management reports, and business performance dashboards.
Perform variance analysis and generate actionable business insights.
Develop and enhance reporting dashboards and KPI trackers.
Identify prospects for process improvement and automation.
Partner with Finance, Business, and Technology teams on reporting and transformation initiatives.
Support ad-hoc financial analysis, business cases, and strategic projects.





Desired Profile
CA student eligible for Industrial Training.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Power Query, or automation tools will be an advantage.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
