Looking for Positive Communication skills & working experience with Global Stakeholders(US Clients/UK Clients).

Role & responsibilities
Analyze business and functional requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
Create and execute functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT test cases.
Prepare test data and ensure adequate test coverage.
Identify, document, track, and retest defects through closure.
Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
Validate application functionality against business and technical requirements.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide inputs from a QA/testing perspective.
Support UAT activities and coordinate with business users for defect resolution and validation.
Perform regression testing after fixes and enhancements.
Maintain test documentation, defect reports, and testing status reports.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills




8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing.
Strong experience in functional and end-to-end testing.
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Hands-on experience with test case design, execution, defect management, and test documentation.
Experience in functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Good knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar testing/defect-management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
Valuable proficiency in MS Excel and other documentation tools.

Preferred: Experience in enterprise applications and working closely with Business Analysts and development teams.

Ideal Candidate: A QA professional who can independently understand requirements, create comprehensive test scenarios, execute end-to-end testing, manage defects, and work closely with business and technical teams to ensure quality delivery.
