Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive QS & Billing Engineer who can independently handle Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Billing, BOQ preparation, quantity calculations, and cost control activities. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of construction drawings, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, RA bills, subcontractor billing, material reconciliation, and project cost management.

Role & responsibilities
Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates based on construction drawings.
Prepare and verify client RA bills, subcontractor bills, and final bills.
Conduct site measurements and verify executed quantities with site teams.




Perform rate analysis and monitor project costs against approved budgets.
Identify quantity variations, extra items, and prepare variation claims.
Prepare measurement sheets, reconciliation statements, and billing reports.
Coordinate with Site, Projects, Purchase, Stores, and Accounts departments.
Verify subcontractor claims, work orders, and contractual rates.
Maintain proper records of BOQs, bills, measurements, and supporting documents.
Ensure accurate and timely billing, cost control, and resolution of billing discrepancies.
