Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition skilled with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the EPC, Power, Energy, and Engineering industries. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling engineering recruitment mandates independently, managing multiple vacancies, and closing mid-to-senior-level positions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, offer issuance, pre-employment medicals, and onboarding.
Manage and independently close engineering recruitment assignments across various functions.
Handle a minimum of 10 open positions simultaneously while ensuring timely closures.
Conduct headhunting and organization mapping to identify suitable talent from target companies.
Manage recruitment mandates with an average candidate CTC of ₹15–20 LPA or above.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.




Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Be flexible to work extended hours whenever required, depending on business needs.

Mandatory Requirements
4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Prior experience in recruiting for Engineering, EPC, Power, Energy, or Infrastructure industries.
Must have handled engineering profiles and independently closed recruitment assignments.
Experience in headhunting and organization mapping.
Ability to manage at least 10 vacancies simultaneously.
Experience in closing candidates with an average CTC of ₹15–20 LPA or above.

Industry Preference

EPC, Power, Energy, Infrastructure, and Engineering.

Key Screening Criteria
Candidates with an IT recruitment background will not be considered.
Candidates working with BPO/KPO recruitment firms or handling BPO/KPO clients will not be considered.
Candidates must have hands-on experience in engineering recruitment, preferably for mid-to-senior-level positions.
Immediate joiners will be preferred
