Roles and Responsibilities:
Translate business needs from business unit teams into scalable Salesforce and Martech solutions.
Support the implementation and integration of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud capabilities.
Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to improve marketing operations through technology.
Coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure effective delivery of Martech initiatives.
Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate delivery progress, and support adoption of marketing technology platforms.

Skills Required:
6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development, Martech, or marketing technology.




Hands-on experience with Salesforce and SFDC platform capabilities.
Robust working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its application in marketing operations.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and customer data platform use cases.
Ability to support Salesforce integrations, platform implementation, and business-facing solution delivery.

Valuable to Have:
Experience with Salesforce Triggers and Apex development.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
