Role Description The Social Media Content Creator will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to promote Agarwaal Properties and its listings. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing post concepts, writing captions, creating short-form videos or graphics, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams for property information, and scheduling content to maintain a consistent online presence. The role also involves monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages where needed, and suggesting improvements based on performance insights.



This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and occasional visits to properties for content creation.

Qualifications
Strong skills in social media content creation, including writing clear captions, basic graphic design, and short-form video production.
Ability to plan and execute social media calendars, align content with marketing campaigns, and maintain brand consistency.
Comfort using major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and social media management tools.
Valuable communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and adaptability in a fast-moving real estate setting.
Prior experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation; real estate industry exposure is an advantage.
Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
