Responsibilities
Provide technical support for network connectivity and infrastructure-related issues.
Troubleshoot network problems involving IP addressing, DHCP, routers, and switches.
Diagnose and resolve issues across OSI Laye2, and 3.
Perform basic network troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity issues.
Configure and verify basic network settings, including IP addresses and DHCP configurations.
Monitor network connectivity and escalate complex technical issues when required.
Maintain records of technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
Follow standard troubleshooting procedures and technical support guidelines.
Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to users and team members.

Requirements




Education: Technical Graduates will be preferred.
Experience: Fresher to 18 months above (Relevant Technical Support).
Excellent communication skills.
No career gaps, robust CV stability required.
Technical Skills Required:
Robust understanding of DHCP; IP Addressing.
Knowledge of Routers; Switches.
OSI Layer troubleshooting: Layer 1.
OSI Layer troubleshooting: Layer 2.
OSI Layer troubleshooting: Layer 3.
Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting.
