About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Server Administrator/Customer Support Executive for server operations, Linux/Windows system administration, server hardware, and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, server hardware architecture, databases, DNS, mail services, and up-to-date application runtimes.

Key Responsibilities
Server Management:
Provision, configure, and maintain Windows / Linux Server environments.
Administer and troubleshoot server & automation integrations.
Handle client migrations, backups, server restorations, and web hosting account management.
Mail, DNS & Domain Infrastructure:
Configure and troubleshoot DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS, PTR).
Manage mail servers (Exim, Postfix, MailEnable) and implement mail security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, SSL/TLS).
Server Hardware, Architecture & Data Center Operations:
Understand enterprise server hardware (rack servers, RAID configurations, storage systems, and server architecture).
