What you'll do
Design, build, and ship features end to end — front end, back end, and everything in between.
Build LLM-powered agents and workflows, and take them from prototype to production.
Turn experiments into reliable, maintainable systems.
Work with the founders and customers to decide what to build next.
Help set how we build: code review, testing, and release practices.
Keep up with a quick-moving field, try recent models and tools, and adopt what actually works.

What we're looking for
2+ years shipping production software, or equivalent proof of work. We care more about what you've built than where.
Solid in TypeScript, and comfortable across the stack, UI, APIs, databases.
Cloudflare developer platform Workers, D1, R2, Durable Objects, Workflows. You've deployed real apps on it.
Hands-on experience building with LLMs prompting, tool calling, structured outputs.
Ownership.



You take a problem from vague to done without waiting to be told how.
Comfort with ambiguity. Priorities change; you adapt without losing quality.

MCP, RAG, and vector databases
Evals and LLM observability
Cloudflare AI tooling — Workers AI, AI Gateway, the Agents SDK, Vectorize
