Skill Requirement

Solid field experience in purchase of machined components and fabricates items.

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead supplier negotiations for pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and long-

term contracts.

Ensure cost reduction, value engineering, and productivity improvement initiatives.

Proven ability to locate & nurture recent vendors and ability to lead a team of 6 to 10

members is necessary.

Support current product development and localization initiatives through supplier

identification and development.

Oversee inventory optimization and control to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.

Handle procurement budgeting, spend analysis, and cost forecasting.

Travel up to 7 days per month for supplier development, audits, and commercial

discussions.
