Designed the Business Transformation Office operating model as a single bridge function between Business and IT, closing a gap where eight-plus stakeholder groups — Underwriting, Sales, Compliance, Operations, Accounts, Reinsurance, Customer Service — previously routed requests directly to IT with no single point of ownership.
○ Established the IT Governance Group (ITG) — Business, IT and Senior Management — and a Rock / Pebble / Sand framework to size and prioritise the technology backlog by expected return on investment.
○ Defined a multi-functional delivery pod model and roadmap, and built the founding team charter and investment case to run the transformation function.
○ Leading the technology roadmap for Xceed, partner-facing app for agents, brokers and distribution partners — including a broker commission statement and digitally signed invoice upload/download capability, sponsored by the CEO and CFO.
