Role & responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
Ensure smooth functioning of the store and adherence to company policies.
Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and brand presentation standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment activities.

Sales & Business Performance
Drive sales targets and achieve assigned KPIs.
Support implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Identify opportunities to improve store productivity and customer conversion.

Customer Experience
Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle customer concerns and escalations effectively.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

Team Management




Assist in staff supervision, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Support onboarding and training of store employees.
Foster a positive and high-performance work workplace.

Delhi / Pune / Mumbai / Kolkata / Goa / Bengaluru / Chennai / Hyderabad / Ahmedabad

Preferred candidate profile
5+ years of experience in retail/store operations.
Solid sales orientation and customer service skills.
Experience in team handling and performance management.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Available to work in any of the mentioned locations
