Job Title: TeleSales Team Leader

Job Description:
Drive overall company growth by implementing effective sales strategies.
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve team performance.
Identify, recruit, and develop capable sales executives.
Lead and supervise the team of telesales executives to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Monitor daily calling activities, lead follow-ups, and individual sales performance.
Coach and motivate team members to improve calling quality, customer handling, and conversion rates.
Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers and effective lead management.
Track team productivity and prepare regular sales performance reports.
Maintain high standards of customer communication and ensure consistent achievement of sales objectives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
