We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote solar energy solutions, generate new business prospects, and develop strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining solar product benefits, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.

Key Responsibilities Identify and generate current leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and other marketing activities. Promote solar solutions, including rooftop solar systems, solar panels, inverters, and related products. Visit residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers to understand their solar energy requirements. Explain the benefits of solar energy, system capacity, estimated savings, and return on investment to prospective customers. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, channel partners,



contractors, and consultants. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. Coordinate with the technical and project execution teams for site.

Required Qualifications Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred. Knowledge of solar energy products and renewable energy solutions will be an advantage. Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve sales targets. Willingness to travel for field visits and customer meetings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
