Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical assistance to employees, maintain IT systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot operating system, MS Office, email, and application-related issues.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Ensure proper functioning of LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and other network devices.
Assist in the installation and updating of software, antivirus, and security patches.
Maintain IT asset inventory and records of hardware, software, and licenses.
Provide support for video conferencing tools, email systems, and office peripherals.
Coordinate with internet service providers and external IT vendors for issue resolution.
Monitor data backup procedures and follow IT security policies.




Maintain records of IT support requests and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Hands-on knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications.
Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, printers, and troubleshooting.
Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize tasks.
Basic knowledge of antivirus software, data backup, and IT security practices.
Willingness to learn recent technologies and provide user support.

Educational Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with 13 years of experience in IT support or desktop support.
Should be customer-focused, organized, and comfortable supporting employees across departments.
