Role: Process Associate / Tax Analyst.
Location: Dilsukhnagar, HYEDERABAD.
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire.
Shift Timings: Night Shifts.
Qualification: Any Graduate with Positive Communications skills (verbal + written)
Graduation is must (Any Graduation is fine).

Roles and Responsibilities :
Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
Must have the knowledge in MS Office.
Robust phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
