Role & responsibilities

The role will be responsible for implementing performance management processes, coordinating goal setting and performance appraisals, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting talent development and organizational effectiveness.
Performance Management: Manage the end-to-end PMS cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance evaluations.
KPI & KRA Management: Coordinate the development and alignment of Key Result Areas (KRAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and individual performance objectives with organizational goals.
Appraisal Process: Facilitate performance appraisal cycles, ensure timely completion of reviews, and coordinate with department heads and managers.
Performance Calibration: Support performance review meetings, rating calibration, and consistency in performance evaluation across departments.
HR Analytics & MIS: Prepare performance dashboards, appraisal reports, employee performance metrics, and management presentations.
Employee Development:



Identify performance gaps and coordinate with Learning & Development teams to develop Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and training interventions.
Policy & Process Improvement: Review and improve PMS policies, guidelines, tools, and workflows to enhance process efficiency and transparency.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with HR Business Partners, functional heads, and line managers to ensure effective implementation of PMS.
HRMS & Automation: Leverage HRMS platforms and Excel-based tools to automate performance tracking, appraisal workflows, and reporting.
Employee Communication: Guide employees and managers on performance evaluation procedures, timelines, and appraisal policies.
Compensation Linkage: Coordinate with the Compensation & Advantages team to facilitate the linkage between performance ratings, increments, bonuses, and rewards, as per company policy.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA with 6 years of experience in manufacturing organization in corporate office/ HO

Excellent communication skill

Should have implemented PMS
