Role & responsibilities
Lead QA activities for the ERP application across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Design and maintain Selenium automation frameworks for web applications.
Automate critical ERP business workflows and regression test cases.
Plan and execute JMeter performance, load, stress, and scalability testing.
Analyze performance results and identify application/API/database bottlenecks.
Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines.
Manage defects, test planning, execution, and release quality.
Define QA standards, processes, metrics, and automation strategy.
Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Business teams.
Mentor and guide QA engineers.

Required Skills
5+ years of QA experience, including experience as a QA Lead.




Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks.
Solid experience with JMeter for performance testing.
Good knowledge of Java/Python, SQL, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD.
Experience testing ERP/SaaS applications.
Solid understanding of functional, regression, API, integration, and performance testing.
Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills
Experience with Finance, Accounting, Inventory, Sales, or CRM modules.
Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure.
