Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced candidate to take overall responsibility for the factory operations and performance , with accountability for production, productivity, quality, manpower, efficiency, cost and timely execution of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities,
Overall management of operations across all factory blocks within the premises.
Drive production planning and execution to achieve daily, monthly and shipment targets.
Monitor line loading, production efficiency, productivity and capacity utilization.
Coordinate with PPC, Merchandising, Fabric, Quality and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Optimize manpower and machine utilization across all three units.
Monitor order-wise production progress and proactively address delays and bottlenecks.
Drive improvements in line efficiency, output, productivity and operational costs.
Take overall responsibility for factory quality, rejection, rework and defect reduction.
Monitor machine utilization, breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Ensure effective manpower planning and deployment across all three blocks.




Lead and develop factory unit heads, production managers and other senior operational teams.
Establish common operating standards and KPIs across all three factory blocks.
Ensure compliance with statutory, customer, safety and internal requirements.
Drive continuous improvement, process optimization and operational excellence.

Candidate Profile
15+ years of experience in garment manufacturing, preferably knitwear.
Proven experience managing a large-scale garment factory or multiple production units.
Solid knowledge of cutting, sewing, finishing and garment production processes.
Experience managing large teams and senior factory personnel.
Robust understanding of production planning, productivity, quality and cost control.
Excellent leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Solid data-driven approach to operational management.
Experience with international apparel brands/export customers preferred.
