Job Description: HR Recruiter – Staff Augmentation

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in staff augmentation and contractual hiring. The ideal candidate should be proficient in candidate sourcing, recruitment portals, screening, and end-to-end recruitment, with excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for staff augmentation and contractual hiring requirements.
Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring portals.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable profiles within defined timelines.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage the recruitment pipeline.
Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure timely submissions of quality profiles against client requirements.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically in staff augmentation and contractual hiring.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
Strong candidate sourcing, Boolean search, and resume screening skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to understand technical and non-technical requirements and source relevant profiles.
Solid coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven, quick-paced recruitment environment.

Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates with proven experience in IT staffing, contract staffing, or staff augmentation will be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
