End-to-End Loan Tracking: Monitor loan applications from login to sanction and disbursement, ensuring timely follow-ups, explicit ownership, and closure of pending cases.
TAT Monitoring and Improvement: Track turnaround time at every stage of the loan lifecycle, identify bottlenecks, drive timely resolution, and improve overall processing efficiency.
