Software Proficiency: Tally (mandatory)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage purchase order verification, customer credit limit checks, and timely invoice generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, robust attention to detail, and the flexibility to support business operations during extended billing hours.

Key Responsibilities
Verify purchase orders against approved rates and ensure accuracy before processing.
Check customer credit limits and outstanding balances before generating invoices.
Prepare and generate accurate customer invoices using Tally.
Ensure timely invoice processing, including late-evening billing requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in purchase orders,



pricing, and credit limits.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal billing and financial control processes.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with Tally is mandatory.
Prior experience in invoicing, purchase order verification, and accounts operations is preferred.
Robust numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Positive coordination and communication skills.
Candidates residing near the office will be preferred.
