Role Description

We’re looking for a quick, creative Video Editor to turn raw shoot footage of doctors into engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form videos. You’ll work closely with our content and shoot teams to deliver polished videos on tight timelines across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Edit raw footage into scroll-stopping Reels, Shorts and YouTube videos for doctors and clinics
Add captions/subtitles (English and Hinglish), motion graphics, B-roll, transitions, music and sound effects
Follow each client’s brand style, colors and formats consistently
Cut and structure videos for strong hooks, retention and explicit messaging




Make revisions based on feedback from the content team and clients
Organize and manage project files, footage and final exports
Stay updated on social media trends, formats and editing styles

Qualifications
1–3 years of video editing experience, ideally in short-form social media content
Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Good understanding of what makes Reels and Shorts perform (hooks, pacing, captions)
Ability to handle high volume without compromising quality
Strong attention to detail in audio, text, spelling and timing
A portfolio of recent short-form work is mandatory
Experience editing healthcare, educational or talking-head content is a plus
