Key Responsibilities:
Call qualified travel leads provided by the marketing team and convert them into bookings.
Act as a destination expert, offering in-depth knowledge and guidance on international locations including Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia, and more.
Understand customer preferences, budgets, and travel styles to recommend the best-fit itineraries and packages.
Build strong client relationships through timely follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email.




Maintain and update CRM with lead status and key notes.
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth post-sale service and customer handover.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of global travel destinations and international travel trends.
Highly organized, target-driven, and proactive.
