We are looking for an experienced Vessel Scheduling Manager to manage vessel scheduling operations and oversee the daily activities of the scheduling team within the shipping industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in vessel scheduling, port rotations, voyage planning, and coordination with global shipping and operations teams. The role involves ensuring accurate vessel schedules, managing team performance, maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs), and driving operational efficiency through process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the vessel scheduling team and oversee daily workloads, task allocation, and operational activities.
Oversee vessel schedules, port rotations, voyage creation, and regular schedule updates.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of vessel scheduling data across relevant systems.
Monitor timely completion of scheduling activities and ensure adherence to operational timelines.
Coordinate with global shipping, vessel operations, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth scheduling processes.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to defined service-level agreements (SLAs).




Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency.
Ensure effective communication and coordination across internal and international stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline vessel scheduling workflows and maintain operational accuracy.

Key Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in vessel scheduling, shipping operations, or liner shipping.
Robust understanding of vessel scheduling, port rotations, voyage creation, and schedule management.
Experience managing a team and overseeing daily operational workloads.
Ability to coordinate effectively with global shipping and operations teams.
Solid knowledge of scheduling processes, operational workflows, and data management.
