Role Description This is a full time, in office Photographer role based in Dehradun. The Photographer will plan and execute photo shoots, including couples’ sessions, events, and lifestyle portraits, ensuring high-quality images that align with the brand’s visual style. Daily responsibilities include setting up lighting and equipment, directing subjects, capturing both posed and candid shots, and reviewing images for technical and artistic quality. The role involves coordinating with clients and the internal team, managing shoot schedules, and maintaining organized image libraries.



The Photographer will also assist with basic post‑production tasks and collaborate on creative concepts for new projects and campaigns.

Qualifications
Demonstrated photography skills, including composition, lighting, and camera operation for portraits and events.
Proficiency with qualified cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and basic photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
Strong creative and storytelling abilities, with an eye for detail, aesthetics, and emotion in visual content.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, peers, and stakeholders during shoots.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple shoots and deadlines.
Previous experience in wedding, couple, or lifestyle photography is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Dehradun, including evenings and weekends as needed for scheduled shoots.
Formal training or a degree/diploma in photography, visual arts, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory; a strong portfolio is essential.
