Job Summary: CHECKER /ASSOCIATE CHECKER/ SENIOR CHECKER

AISC - MAIN & MISC. STEEL - IMMEDIATE JOINER - IN OFFICE HYD

We are looking for an experienced Senior Checker with solid expertise in AISC-based structural steel detailing, covering both main steel and miscellaneous steel.

Key Responsibilities:
Check 3D models, shop drawings, and erection drawings.
Verify detailing accuracy, dimensions, connections, BOMs, and constructability.
Ensure compliance with applicable AISC standards, project specifications, and approved design drawings.
Identify modeling errors, drawing discrepancies, clashes, and missing information.
Coordinate with detailers, modelers, engineers, and project teams to resolve issues.




Review corrections and ensure quality before drawings are issued.
Take ownership of end-to-end project checking and deliverables.
Guide junior team members and maintain high-quality checking standards.
Requirements:
Robust knowledge of AISC steel detailing.
Expertise in main steel and miscellaneous steel.
Proven experience in model checking, shop drawing checking, and erection drawing checking.
Ability to independently review projects from start to finish.
Solid technical knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
