About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team.

This is a outstanding opportunity for MBA freshers and fresh graduates who want to build a career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in the complete hiring process.

What You'll Do
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with offer and joining formalities.




Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Work closely with the HR and hiring teams to achieve hiring targets.

Who We're Looking For
Fresher in HR or 6 months -1 years of experienced in HR.
MBA freshers or fresh graduates specialized in HR.
HR specialization is preferred but not mandatory.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Interested in recruitment and interacting with people.
Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
Comfortable with the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy.
