Role Description The Meta Business Suite and Ads Specialist is a contract, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager on a daily basis, including planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The specialist will create and refine audience targeting, adjust budgets and bids, and monitor performance metrics to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. The role includes collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to align ad messaging with brand goals, testing creatives and copy, and ensuring accurate tracking via pixels and events. The specialist will also provide regular insights,



propose data-driven improvements, and support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust analytical skills for interpreting campaign data, optimizing performance, and conducting A/B tests.
Candidates should possess business and business planning skills to align ads with commercial goals, forecast budgets, and support growth strategies.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, present findings, and refine messaging for target audiences.
Candidates should possess customer service awareness to understand audience needs, improve ad relevance, and support a positive brand experience.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and pixel configuration.
Knowledge of performance marketing concepts, key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and basic funnel strategies.
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or healthcare-related brands is an advantage.
Ability to work in office in Mumbai and collaborate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment; formal education in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
