Looking for a Finance Manager for a Global Automobile Manufacturing Giant with approximately 8,500 employees and annual revenue of around $2.5 billion.

Job Location:- Bangalore

Role Summary: This position requires a Finance Manager who combines managerial capability with solid execution skills. The incumbent is expected to remain close to the books and transactions and must be capable of independently preparing, reviewing and explaining accounting entries, reconciliations, financial schedules, tax workings, management reports and audit documentation.

Requirement:
CA with minimum 10+ Years experience
Experience in managing the finance/accounting GCC operations – preferably an US entity.
Managed an org size of ~ 500 HC in size
Willing to work in US shift 3pm -12 am (M-F)

Role:
Financial Accounting & Controllership-Own the complete books of accounts and end-to-end financial controllership of the India entity.
US GAAP & Parent-Company Reporting- Apply robust working knowledge of US GAAP to India entity and group reporting requirements




India Statutory Accounting & Compliance-Own statutory financial statements, statutory audit, tax audit and related financial schedules.
Intercompany Accounting & Transfer Pricing-Own intercompany accounting between the India GCC and the US parent or group companies
Budgeting, Forecasting & Management Reporting-Lead the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes for the India entity.Develop headcount, compensation, benefits and other employee-cost forecasts for an approximately 500-employee organization
Payroll & Employee-Related Finance-Ensure accurate accounting, controls and general-ledger reconciliation of monthly payroll
Treasury, Banking & Cash Management-Manage banking relationships, authorized banking processes, payments and treasury controls
Internal Controls, SOX & Audit-Establish and maintain a robust internal financial-control workplace.
Systems, Processes & Automation-Use and strengthen the effectiveness of the organization’s ERP and financial reporting systems
