Job Summary:
The F&B; Associate is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining hygiene standards, and delivering a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and assist them with seating and menu selections.
Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely and accurate service.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service operations.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards in the restaurant.
Set up tables, replenish supplies, and ensure proper mise-en-place.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
Follow food safety standards and hotel service procedures.
Ensure guest satisfaction through courteous and productive service.ities

Preferred candidate profile
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
13 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
