Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development through execution, for a variety of interior spaces. Responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand needs, developing design concepts, space plans, and mood boards, and preparing detailed drawings and presentations. The role involves coordinating FF&E; selections, collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and vendors, and monitoring site progress to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior team members, manage project timelines and deliverables,



and contribute to design reviews and firm-wide standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
Strong Interior Design and FF&E; skills, including concept development, material selection, and furniture/fixture coordination.
Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture fundamentals to create functional, code-compliant layouts.
Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and documentation for execution and coordination with project teams.
Relevant design software proficiency (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) for design, visualization, and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of progressive design experience.
Demonstrated experience leading projects, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and overseeing in office implementation.
Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace.
