Job Title: Recruiter Lateral Hiring | International BPO

Locations: Malad, Mumbai / Viman Nagar, Pune

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Lateral Hiring team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in International BPO recruitment, sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end lateral recruitment for International BPO positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews.
Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to fulfil recruitment requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers/ATS.

Mandatory Skills:
Experience in BPO/ITES recruitment, preferably International BPO hiring.
Robust sourcing skills through Naukri and LinkedIn.
Knowledge of ATS tools; Taleo and Workday exposure preferred.
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working six days a week.
