Speech & Drama Coordinator

Responsibilities
Oversee Speech & Drama programmes across multiple schools and colleges, ensuring smooth execution and effective curriculum delivery.
Design and develop age-appropriate curriculum, structured lesson plans, and engaging activities aligned with programme objectives.
Conduct school visits to observe sessions, evaluate trainer performance, and maintain programme quality.
Coordinate with schools, trainers, and internal teams regarding schedules, substitutions, and operational requirements.
Supervise theatrical productions, Annual Days, and showcases, including scripting, rehearsals, direction, and stage execution.
Maintain observation reports, performance trackers, curriculum documentation, and programme records.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Theatre, Performing Arts, Drama, Education, or a related field preferred.




Prior experience as a Speech & Drama Trainer in academic institutions is preferred.
Robust understanding of theatre, performance techniques, curriculum development, and lesson planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and team-management skills.

Additional Notes
Regular travel to academic institutions across Mumbai and other locations in India will be required.
A minimum commitment of one year is expected from the selected candidate.
Flexibility to work beyond regular hours may be required during rehearsals, Annual Days, theatrical productions, and final showcases.
The candidate should be capable of independently managing multiple school programmes and meeting curriculum and production deadlines.
