Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Liaisoning Architect responsible for managing statutory approvals, coordinating with government authorities and consultants, and ensuring timely approvals and compliance for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle liaisoning and statutory approval processes for residential and commercial projects.
Coordinate with MCGM/BMC, MHADA, SRA, MMRDA, CIDCO, RERA and other relevant authorities.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on drawings, applications, documents, and proposals for various approvals.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, legal teams, and project teams.
Review architectural drawings and documentation for compliance with applicable development regulations.
Track approval status and ensure timely submission of required documents and responses.
Coordinate for IOD, CC, OC, Commencement Certificate, Building Completion Certificate and other relevant permissions.
Maintain records of approvals, permissions, correspondence, and statutory documents.




Resolve queries and observations raised by concerned authorities in coordination with consultants and internal teams.
Monitor changes in DCR/UDCPR, development regulations, building codes, and other applicable guidelines.
Ensure project documentation is updated and maintained as per statutory requirements.
Provide regular updates to management on approval status, pending matters, and potential issues.

Desired Skills:
Strong knowledge of BMC/MCGM approval procedures and development regulations.
Good understanding of DCR/UDCPR, RERA, MHADA, SRA and other statutory requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Solid coordination, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and statutory approvals simultaneously.
Valuable knowledge of architectural drawings and building planning.
Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Valuable relationship and coordination skills with consultants and government authorities.
