About the Role

Were hiring a hands on Email Marketing Specialist for the Marketing Operations team of a global B2B software company, on an ongoing contract basis. You’ll be the first point of contact for email requests and own the email calendar every campaign scoped, built, tested, and sent on time, without errors.

Data and reporting are central to this role. You’ll work in Salesforce and Iterable to keep audience data clean, track campaign performance, and turn results into transparent insights.

This role will grow over time. It’s focused on running and coordinating campaigns today; as AI comes into email and webinar production, it moves toward quality checks, audience setup, and overseeing campaigns that AI tools build. What You’ll Do
Own the email calendar balance send volume, audience overlap, and priorities across requesting teams
Build and send campaigns in Iterable (templates, energetic content, journeys/workflows)
Set up audiences and lists, including suppression and exclusion rules
QA every email before send: links, rendering, personalization, tracking, segmentation, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR)
Build webinar email sequences (invite,



reminders, last chance, post-event) with Product Marketing
Manage registration/attendance data flow between Iterable and Salesforce
Prepare post-send performance reports and turn results into send recommendations
Use generative AI tools (Claude or similar) for day-to-day work, and own QA for AI-assisted campaign builds as that rolls out

What We’re Looking For
3+ years in email marketing or marketing operations, ideally B2B
Hands-on experience with Iterable or a similar platform (Marketo, HubSpot, Braze, Pardot, SFMC)
Working knowledge of Salesforce campaigns, leads/contacts, reports, list views
Comfortable pulling campaign reports and explaining what the numbers mean
Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to QA
Experience using generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) at work
Able to work 6 PM–3 AM IST, overlapping US/North America hours

Nice to Have
Experience running webinar email programs end to end
Basic HTML/CSS for fixing email issues
Familiarity with Salesforce Iterable data syncs and field mapping
Experience with Asana or similar PM tools
