Job role: Team Lead International Banking Process

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Team Lead

CTC: Up to 9 LPA

Salary Hike: Up to 30%, depending on current CTC, experience, and eligibility

Qualification: Any Graduation (Mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria
Any graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead.
Team Lead experience on paper is mandatory.
Previous experience in a banking process is mandatory.
Robust team-handling and leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable understanding of banking operations and process workflows.
Ability to manage team performance and achieve operational targets.
Must be comfortable working night shifts.

Shift & Work Schedule
Shift: Night Shift
Working Days: 5 days per week
Weekly Offs: 2 rotational week offs
