Talent Associate – Tech Talent Acquisition

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Tech Talent Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team. The individual will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities for technology positions across our startup clients.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technology recruitment, solid sourcing capabilities and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology positions across multiple clients.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking and other recruitment channels.
Understand job requirements and identify relevant talent pools.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.




Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Follow up on interview feedback, offers and candidate joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of potential candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Prior experience in startup hiring is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in hiring for technology roles such as Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, QA, DevOps, Data, Product and Engineering.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Positive communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
Strong ownership, attention to detail and execution capabilities.
