Position: Senior Accounts & Finance Manager

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai | Work from Office (Mon–Sat)

Experience: 5+ Years

Industry: D2C / FMCG / Beauty / E-commerce

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting, book finalization, P&L;, balance sheets, and financial reporting.
Handle marketplace accounting and reconciliations across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Shopify, and quick-commerce platforms.
Manage GST, TDS, taxation, statutory compliance, and audits.
Oversee accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare MIS, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and profitability reports.
Manage payroll compliance, inventory valuation, COGS, and cost accounting.
Coordinate with internal teams,



auditors, and external consultants.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, financial reporting, and taxation.
Hands-on experience in D2C/e-commerce marketplace accounting preferred.
Experience in FMCG, skincare, beauty, or consumer brands is an advantage.
Proficiency in Tally/ERP, Zoho Books, and Advanced Excel.
Robust analytical, reconciliation, and team management skills.
Experience with ₹20 crore+ revenue businesses preferred.
