WE'RE HIRING | TEAM LEADER – ACCOUNTING & FINANCE

Location: Okhla Industrial Area Phase 2, New Delhi
Experience: 6–11 Years
Qualification: M.Com / CA Inter
Team Handling: Minimum 1 Year

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with strong international accounting knowledge and proven team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
Oversee bank, escrow, customer and vendor reconciliations.
Manage General Ledger maintenance and month-end closing.
Review financial statements and accounting activities.
Handle variance analysis and financial reporting.
Allocate work and monitor team performance.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting processes.
Train team members and implement quality control measures.




Support budgeting and cash management activities.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of accounting concepts and Balance Sheet.
Experience in US/UK/Canadian accounting processes.
Hands-on experience in AP, AR, Reconciliation and R2R.
Positive knowledge of General Ledger and financial reporting.
Robust MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Macros).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience handling a team of at least 3 members.

Shift Timings:
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Full Night Shift)

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
